Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager who will be responsible for new client acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth in the Edible Oil, Dairy, Fortified Foods & Animal Feed segments.

This role requires strong product knowledge, good relationship-building skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business with manufacturers of Edible Oil, Milk, Fortified Rice, Fortified Flour, and Animal Feed (Poultry, Cattle, Aquaculture)
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support
Prepare periodic sales reports and ensure customer satisfaction
Travel to client locations as required

Preferred Skills & Experience

Minimum 2-7 years of B2B sales experience in Food Ingredients / Feed Supplements / Fortification industry
Strong understanding of food manufacturing and supply chain operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher in:

Food Technology / Food Science
Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences
BBA / MBA in Marketing or related specialization
