Role Overview
The BDE - Domestic will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls, managing client relationships, and closing deals within the domestic (Indian) market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities in the
domestic market (India)
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and referrals
Conduct client meetings (online/offline) and present company services
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Follow up on leads to close sales successfully
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports
Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery and client support
Required Skills
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Domestic BDE / Sales / Business Development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing)
Experience in lead generation and sales strategies
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an advantage
