Business Development Executives (BDEs)
with strong communication skills to focus on
client follow-ups

direct sales
, and
relationship management
for our
Digital Marketing
and
Web Development
services. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals looking to grow in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospective and existing clients via
calls, emails, and meetings
Maintain and update client follow-up sheets and CRM regularly
Present service offerings (Digital Marketing, Web Design & Development) to clients clearly and convincingly
Build strong long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met
Achieve monthly targets for follow-ups and closed deals
Report progress to the Sales Manager on a regular basis
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong
follow-up and negotiation abilities
Basic understanding of
digital marketing
and
web development services
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and good at time management
Comfortable with direct client interaction and field meetings (if needed)
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers
with good communication and confidence are welcome
Graduates in
Marketing, IT, Business, or related fields
Experience in IT service sales or client handling is an added advantage
