We are looking for an

experienced and motivated IT / Online Bidder

with a strong background in

SEO projects

to join our business development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bidding on platforms like

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour (PPH)

and generating quality leads for

SEO and digital marketing services

.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant

SEO and digital marketing projects

on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, etc. Write

customized and high-converting proposals

based on client requirements. Communicate with

international clients

, understand their SEO needs, and define project scope. Coordinate with the SEO and technical team to prepare

accurate estimates and strategies

. Manage the complete bidding cycle--from lead identification to deal closure. Build and maintain

long-term client relationships

for repeat business. Achieve monthly targets for

bids, client interactions, and conversions

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-5 years of proven experience

as an Online Bidder, specifically in

SEO projects

. Strong understanding of

SEO concepts

(on-page, off-page, technical SEO, local SEO, content marketing). Experience selling

SEO and digital marketing services

. Excellent

English communication skills

(written and verbal). Ability to understand client requirements and create

detailed SEO proposals

. Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
