UpRango is hiring a Business Development Executive who enjoys conversations, spotting opportunities, and helping clients find the right digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Find new business opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and similar platforms
Write clear and personalized proposals
Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups
Manage leads, CRM updates, and sales pipelines
Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, timelines, and project details
Stay updated on industry trends and suggest improvements in service offerings
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable talking to international clients
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Basic understanding of IT, web development, or digital marketing is an advantage
