What You'll Be Doing:

Prospecting & Outreach
Hunt for new business opportunities on platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn
, and others
Initiate conversations with potential clients and understand their project needs

Proposal Writing & Bidding
Craft customized, winning proposals tailored to each client's project
Align solutions with client goals and communicate the value of our services effectively
#
Client Relationship Management
Build rapport with clients and maintain long-term engagement through follow-ups
Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams
#
Lead & Pipeline Management
Maintain CRM records, manage lead pipelines, and ensure targets are met
Collaborate with internal teams to define pricing, timelines, and deliverables
#
Market Awareness
Keep an eye on industry movements, competitors, and evolving client needs
Suggest improvements in service packaging and positioning
What We're Looking For:
A
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field
Familiarity with platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr
is a
big plus
Excellent communication -- written & verbal (you'll be representing us!)
Comfortable interacting with international clients and team members
A self-driven attitude and target-focused mindset
Basic awareness of
IT services, web development, or digital marketing
is a bonus
