IPCS Global, a leading training institute in the field of industrial automation and IT, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a

BDE cum Social Media Manager

. This hybrid role combines field-based business development activities with online marketing initiatives to drive student enrollments and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development (BDE) Role:

Conduct seminars and workshops at colleges to promote IPCS Global's training programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and prospective clients. Generate leads through field visits

Social Media Management:

Manage IPCS Global Kannur's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) to promote courses and student success stories. Monitor engagement and grow followers organically. Respond to messages, comments, and queries across platforms. Coordinate with the design team for visuals and creatives. Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Marketing, Business, or Mass Communication).

Experience:

0-3 years in business development or social media marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of social media tools and content creation. Creative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing. Willingness to travel locally for business development activities. Self-driven, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
