Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2-7 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in construction or labour contracting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of labour compliance (ESI, PF, safety regulations) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal drafting.
