Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-field business development activities to identify potential clients and companies.
Visit commercial buildings, office parks, and business hubs to map out tenants and their workspace needs.
Generate qualified leads and share them with the internal sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with admin, facility teams, HR, founders, and decision-makers.
Maintain a daily/weekly activity tracker and update CRM or internal tools.
Support the sales team by coordinating site visits and basic client communication.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and upcoming commercial properties.

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work on-field daily.
Ability to network and build rapport quickly.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups.
Basic understanding of commercial real estate is a plus but not mandatory.
Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
