Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at
least 3 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, pitching services/products, and managing the client onboarding process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Candidate under 35 age will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to pitch offerings.
Manage the entire client onboarding process from lead to closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 year of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
Immediate joining is highly preferred.
