Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and follow-ups
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
Conduct product presentations and explain features & benefits to customers
Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Collect market feedback and share competitor insights with management
