Counsel students on university programs, eligibility, and career prospects.
Understand student requirements and guide them toward suitable courses.
Assist students with the complete admissions process, documentation, and application submission.
Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to close admissions.
Business Development & Lead Management
Generate leads through outbound calls, inquiries, events, and digital campaigns.
Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with the university's admission teams for queries and application processing.
Participate in student webinars, counseling sessions, and education fairs.
Provide accurate information regarding programs, fees, timelines, and university policies.
Requirements
Minimum Graduation; MBA preferred (not mandatory).
Experience in counseling, edtech, or admissions is an added advantage.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to understand student needs and build trust.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
