Business Development Executive (Compliance & Regulatory Services)

Universal PSR Compliance LLP, based in Noida, is a leading consultancy firm specializing in business registration, licensing, and compliance solutions. Our services include Company Incorporation, Drug license, EPR Authorization, BIS Certification, LMPC, FSSAI Licensing, WPC, and Trademark Registration. We are expanding our team and seeking a driven Business Development executive to support business growth.

The BDE will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships. The role involves understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable compliance solutions, and promoting our diverse regulatory services. The candidate must be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of converting inquiries into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales, and pursue new business leads.

Maintain professional client relationships through regular follow-ups.

Understand client needs and recommend compliance solutions.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.

Maintain proper records of client interactions and progress.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).

2-3 years' experience in business development or sales.

Experience in compliance or consulting is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

What We Offer:

Salary: ₹25,000 - ?40,000 per month + Incentives. ( Based on interview)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
