The Business Development Executive is responsible for finding new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping the company grow its sales and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through research, calls, and meetings.
Contact and follow up with potential clients to explain products or services.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals or pitches.
Meet sales targets and report weekly/monthly performance.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Represent the company in meetings, events, and exhibitions when needed.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
