Job Overview:



We are looking for a

dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive / Account Manager

to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention in the

Hospitality segment

(Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts, Builders, and Interior Designers). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through strategic client relationships, field sales, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition & Business Development:



? Identify and acquire potential clients in the

hospitality industry

(Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, Builders, Interior Designers).
? Develop and execute

sales strategies

to increase business opportunities.
? Generate leads through

networking, industry events, and cold calling

.
? Conduct

presentations and product demonstrations

to key decision-makers.
? Maintain strong knowledge of

MahattaArt's products and services

to offer tailored solutions to clients.

Client Engagement & Retention:



? Build and maintain

long-term client relationships

through regular engagement and follow-ups.
? Understand client needs and provide customized

art, wallpaper, and interior decor solutions

.
? Work closely with the

design and production teams

to fulfill client requirements.
? Ensure timely

order execution and post-sales service

to maximize client satisfaction.
? Address client concerns and proactively resolve

any service-related issues

.

Sales & Revenue Growth:



? Achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets

by closing deals effectively.
? Upsell and cross-sell products to

maximize revenue potential

.
? Track

sales metrics and maintain reports

on client interactions and revenue forecasts.

Key Requirements:



?

Minimum 2-4 years of experience

in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales in the

Hospitality, Interior Design, or Art & Decor industry

.
? Strong

B2B sales and client acquisition experience

.
? Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship management

skills.
?

Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits

(frequent travel within Noida and nearby regions).
?

Must have a valid driving license

and own a vehicle for client visits.
? Ability to work independently and

drive business growth in a competitive market

.
? Knowledge of

hospitality trends, interior aesthetics, and decor solutions

is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
