-As a BDE, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
-Conducting needs assessments and presenting solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver results
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth

Requirements:
-Proven experience in business development or sales
- Strong understanding of L&D industry (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
