Position:

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location:

Gomti Nagar / Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow (on-site)

Working

: 10?AM-7?PM (Monday-Saturday)

Salary Range

: ?12,000-?20,000 per month (based on experience).

Probation

: 3 Month with opportunity to convert to permanent role.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Understand client needs and present tailored IT, web development, SEO, or digital marketing solutions.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

Conduct product/service demos and persuasive presentations to potential clients.

Negotiation & Closure

Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts; negotiate terms to successfully close.

Market Research & Strategy

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client segments to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Coordinate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure solutions match client needs.

Tracking & Reporting

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, provide weekly/monthly sales reports and insights.
Qualifications & Skills

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Experience

: 0-3 years in IT sales or business development--freshers (especially Male candidates) are welcome.

Technical Understanding

: Familiarity with website development, digital marketing, SEO, etc.

Communication & Negotiation

: Strong written/verbal skills in Hindi and English; ability to persuade and close deals .

CRM & Presentations

: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.

Self-Motivation & Results Focus

: Driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
