Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services (web/app development, software solutions, cloud services, etc.)
Schedule and conduct meetings/demos with prospects in coordination with technical teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients
Manage the entire sales cycle -- from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications using CRM tools
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales strategies
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
0-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in the IT or tech sector)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in client communication and presentations
Ability to understand and explain technical services to non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM software, or freelancing platforms is a plus
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of IT services such as software development, mobile apps, SEO , social media
Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition in the tech domain
Exposure to international markets (US/UK/Europe/MENA) is a bonus
