Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Executive

to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals effectively Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) for smooth onboarding and service delivery Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Attend meetings, events, and exhibitions to promote company offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills



Experience in B2B / B2C sales Knowledge of digital sales channels and lead generation tools Industry-specific experience
