Job Description

Identify, prioritize, and cultivate high-impact business opportunities with educational institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and other key stakeholders.
Develop and implement tailored business development strategies to drive adoption of Alkemy Edtech solutions and enhance the learning experience for students and educators.
Collaborate with senior cross-functional teams to develop joint initiatives, programs, and campaigns that deliver substantial value to our partners and stakeholders.

Market Expansion and Revenue Growth:



Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to significantly increase market penetration, revenue, customer acquisition, and retention among target audiences.
Lead high-level integrated business development campaigns, including direct sales, digital marketing, and social media, to amplify our business message and values.
Utilize advanced data-driven insights and analytics to optimize business performance and drive continuous improvement in revenue growth and impact.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:



Build and nurture a vibrant and influential community of educators, students, parents, and education enthusiasts who are passionate about transforming education.
Organize and facilitate high-profile events, webinars, and workshops to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and advocacy for educational innovation.
Amplify the voices of our clients through compelling storytelling, testimonials, and user-generated content to showcase the impact of Alkemy Edtech solutions.

Thought Leadership and Industry Influence:



Position Alkemy Edtech as a preeminent thought leader and innovator in the education technology sector through targeted thought leadership initiatives.
Establish and maintain relationships with top industry influencers, experts, and opinion leaders to amplify our business message and influence industry trends and conversations.
Represent Alkemy Edtech at major industry events, conferences, and forums to share insights, best practices, and innovative solutions with the broader education community.
Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven executive-level experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation, preferably in the education or technology sector.
Deep understanding of the Indian education landscape, including key stakeholders, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, and industry leaders.
Superior communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear, compelling, and engaging manner.
Strategic and visionary mindset, with the ability to think critically, analyze data, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and impact.
Passion for education, innovation, and social impact, with a strong commitment to Alkemy Edtech's mission and values.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
