Role Overview
We are hiring a high-energy, results-obsessed
Business Development Executive (Female candidates preferred)
to own and expand our Middle East BFSI pipeline. Based full-time out of Hyderabad, you will hunt, pitch, and close deals with banks, insurance companies, and fintechs across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close new-logo deals in the Middle East BFSI sector (focus: UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain)
Build C-level relationships with Heads of Digital, Innovation, Operations, and Transformation at regional banks and insurers
Run targeted LinkedIn + email campaigns tailored to GCC decision-makers
Conduct discovery workshops (virtual & occasional travel) to map legacy processes and demonstrate ROI of our agentic AI solutions
Position cutting-edge use cases: AI agents for auto-fatwa generation, real-time sanctions screening, intelligent claims adjudication, and GenAI-powered customer service
Own the full sales cycle from lead to contract signature in collaboration with our Middle East pre-sales and delivery teams
Consistently hit and exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets
Attend and represent Innoira at key Middle East events (Saudi Fintech, Bahrain Fintech Bay, Dubai AI & Cloud Expo, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of proven B2B sales / business development experience in IT services, RPA, or AI solutions
Demonstrated success selling into the Middle East BFSI market is mandatory
Existing network in UAE / Saudi / Qatar banking & insurance circles is a big advantage
Deep passion for agentic AI and GenAI you follow what's happening with AutoGPT, CrewAI, LangGraph, and enterprise use cases
Fluent English + excellent professional communication; Arabic speakers preferred but not mandatory
Expert at LinkedIn prospecting and building relationships with Middle East executives
Comfortable discussing regulatory topics like SAMA, CBUAE, IFSB standards, and open banking
Bachelor's degree (Business, Technology, or Finance background preferred)
Work Schedule & Location
Full-time, 100% on-site at our Hyderabad office
Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
Occasional travel to Middle East for client meetings and events
