The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business by meeting DSAs, Bankers, and channel partners on a daily basis. The role involves lead generation, relationship building, and supporting sales growth for loan products.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet DSAs, Bankers, and Channel Partners on a daily basis to generate business leads.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent lead flow.
Identify new DSAs and Bankers and enroll them for business tie-ups.
Promote company loan products and explain process details to partners.
Plan and execute daily meeting schedules and maintain proper reporting.
Follow up on leads and support conversions to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for file login and loan processing.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities for opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Any stream).
0-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Loan sales preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good networking abilities with DSAs and Bankers.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
Basic knowledge of loan products (Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, etc.) is an added advantage.
