: Business Development ExecutiveRole Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The role involves managing the complete customer process, driving both inbound and outbound sales, and ensuring effective client engagement. Students (UG, PG, and PhD) are our primary customers, and the executive will play a key role in understanding their requirements and guiding them with appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

customer process

end-to-end with professionalism and efficiency. Handle

inbound and outbound sales

(in-house sales focus). Manage

CUG handling

. Understand customer requirements and provide

counseling and guidance

tailored to their needs. Handle and support

UG, PG, and PhD projects

, ensuring smooth customer experience. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat engagement.
Candidate Profile

Freshers are welcome

; training and guidance will be provided. Strong

communication skills

(verbal and written) are essential. Passionate about

customer handling and client engagement

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
