Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business avenues through market research, networking, and outreach activities.?
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients to drive sales and retain business.?
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.?
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients, articulating the value of company products or services.?
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote offerings and grow the company's network.?
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt strategies as needed.?
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, support) to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client satisfaction.?
Prepare accurate sales reports, maintain CRM data, and track key sales performance metrics.?
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.?
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting sales targets.?
Strong market research and analytical abilities.?
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.?
Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics software.?
Ability to build and sustain professional relationships and network effectively.?
Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.?
