About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new clients for the company's products and services
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within stipulated timelines
Provide support to the sales and project teams to ensure client satisfaction
Skills & Competencies Required:
Good communication skills in
Tamil and English
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to travel locally as required for client meetings
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of water and wastewater industry (preferred, not mandatory)
