Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us grow our client base by acquiring new projects from online platforms and managing client relationships effectively.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freelancing platforms and must be confident in handling client communication, meetings, and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Actively generate leads and acquire projects from: Upwork Freelancer Truelancer Guru Other relevant freelancing & business platforms Write and submit high-quality proposals & bids tailored to client requirements Communicate with international and domestic clients via: Calls Emails Zoom / Google Meet Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations Manage multiple projects and ensure smooth execution Maintain proper documentation of leads, deals, and project status Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales (IT/Digital Marketing preferred) Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Truelancer, Guru, etc.) Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently Basic understanding of: Digital Marketing services Website Development SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (preferred) Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined Good project handling & coordination skills
