Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute business development strategies to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, emerging trends, and evolving client needs. Work closely with the

Campaign Support Team

while independently managing and expanding relationships with

international clients

. Drive lead generation efforts through targeted email marketing campaigns, outbound sales strategies, and market research initiatives. Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions, including presentations, proposals, and strategic demonstrations. Own and manage the

end-to-end sales cycle

, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Coordinate and lead client meetings, ensuring effective communication, alignment on objectives, and smooth project progress. Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and CRM updates to support forecasting and performance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level international stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite
