Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential students through various communication channels (calls, emails, social media, and visits).
Promote the institution's programs and courses to prospective students and parents.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
Conduct counseling sessions to guide students regarding course selection and admission procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic counselors.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and campus visits.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
Prepare and maintain reports on inquiries, leads, and conversions for regular review.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation
in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
1 to 3 years
of experience in business development, sales, counseling, or customer relations (preferably in the education sector).
Skills Required:

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
