About the Role:
We are looking for a
result-driven Business Development Executive
who can independently
acquire projects, convert leads, and close deals
for IT services such as
Web Development, SaaS, Mobile Apps, and Custom Software Solutions
.
This role is strictly for professionals who already have
hands-on experience bringing real clients
, not just pitching or learning sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients through own network, platforms, referrals, cold outreach, or partnerships
Handle the complete sales cycle:
Lead generation
Client communication
Requirement understanding
Proposal & pricing discussion
Deal closure
Maintain a stable and active network of potential clients/startups/businesses
Work independently with minimal supervision
Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project onboarding
Ensure timely follow-ups and professional client handling
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Proven experience in bringing IT projects and closing deals
Ability to deliver measurable results within the first week
Strong communication & negotiation skills (English/Hindi mandatory)
Existing client network or strong lead-generation capability
Deep understanding of IT services sales (Web/App/SaaS)
Professional mindset with ownership and accountability
Note: Freshers or candidates without closing experience should not apply
Compensation & Growth:
?15,000-30000 Monthly Salary
