We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Airport IT sales team. This role involves identifying business opportunities in the public sector--including Airport Authorities, PSUs, and government agencies--with a strong focus on tendering and bidding processes.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business in the Airport IT and Public Sector domain.
Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities, PSUs, and government officials.
Track and respond to government tenders, RFPs, and e-procurement opportunities.
Coordinate with internal tech and delivery teams for proposal creation and submission.
Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy.
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM tracking.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or government projects.
Knowledge or interest in Airport IT Services, government tendering, or public sector sales.
Strong understanding of GeM portal, e-tendering systems, and government workflows.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
