Business Development Executive (BDE)



We are looking for a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

with

1-2 years of hands-on experience

in

Upwork bidding and lead generation

. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, proposal writing, and closing projects while consistently achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate quality leads through

Upwork and other freelancing platforms

Bid on relevant projects and prepare

customized proposals

Communicate with international clients via chat and calls Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams Follow up with prospects and

convert leads into successful projects

Achieve assigned

monthly and quarterly targets


Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of proven experience

in Upwork bidding & lead generation Strong

proposal writing and client communication skills

Ability to understand client needs and close deals Target-driven, result-oriented mindset Experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork preferred)
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to multiple freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) Good negotiation and relationship-building skills Basic understanding of IT / digital services (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
