Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
Handle international clients during night shift hours
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with potential clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 years of experience
as a Business Development Executive
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in
IT services / digital marketing sales
is preferred
Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.) is a plus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Candidates from
Mohali or nearby locations
are highly preferred
