Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain profiles on
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms
.
Write winning proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals effectively.
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through bidding and online platforms.
Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to deliver client requirements successfully.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in freelancing platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of proven experience
in business development or online bidding.
Strong understanding of
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms
.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
Ability to prepare compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
Basic understanding of IT services, web development, digital marketing, or software solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Nice to Have (Optional):
Prior experience in IT/Software/Digital Marketing industry.
Knowledge of lead generation through LinkedIn and email marketing.
Ability to create presentations and business documents.
