Job Summary
Bhanguz is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive (Sales)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving overall sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to achieve targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and client meetings (online/offline).
Manage the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of digital solutions, IT services, or software products is an advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
