Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven

Telesales / Business Development Executive

to support our business expansion across North India. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining services, and generating qualified leads through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to prospective customers Generate leads and conduct timely follow-ups Present and explain company services professionally Build and maintain client relationships Achieve assigned monthly sales targets Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up reports

Qualifications & Skills Required

Graduation in any stream Minimum

1 year of experience

in Telesales, Inside Sales, or BDE Excellent communication and convincing skills Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel Goal-oriented and self-motivated
