Job Requirements



Identify and target potential clients on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Create and maintain an effective bidding strategy to secure projects. Write compelling proposals tailored to the requirements of each project. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our services. Negotiate terms and close deals to secure new business. Maintain a database of bids, proposals, and client interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met. Knowledge of IT services & technologies Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices.

Skills & Experience



Min. 2.5 years experience in the similar role Bachelor's degree Strong understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,827.43 per month
