Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Executive (BDE)
with an IT background to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts for IT products and services.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, tech-savvy, and has a basic understanding of IT solutions and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various online and offline channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, events).
Reach out to potential clients to present and promote IT services and solutions.
Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team in market research and competitor analysis.
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting setup targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in IT industry).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT services, software, cloud solutions, or digital transformation.
Proficiency in MS Office, email marketing tools, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong research and networking abilities.
