Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Business Development Executive (BDE)

with hands-on experience in

online bidding

and

client acquisition through freelance portals

such as

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, writing winning proposals, and managing client communication to close deals for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively bid on IT and software development projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour. Write custom proposals and pitch letters tailored to each client/project requirement. Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships. Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to propose suitable solutions. Manage communication with prospects and clients during the pre-sales cycle. Negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets with clients. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and project pipelines using Excel/CRM. Stay updated with platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in bidding or lead generation on freelance platforms. Excellent written English for proposal writing and client communication. Basic understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, or design. Strong attention to detail and ability to customize proposals to meet client needs. Ability to meet targets for bids, leads, and conversions. Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
