Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation
Develop and submit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets
Qualifications
B.Tech/MCA; MBA in Business or Marketing is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of business development experience in IT services (apps, games, web, UI/UX).
Strong knowledge of tech stacks: iOS/Android, Flutter, React Native, Unity, MERN/LAMP, APIs, etc.
Hands-on with bidding portals, CRMs, and lead management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and leadership-oriented.
Must have experience working in service-based IT companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
