Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
industrial bearings, automotive bearings, and mechanical parts
segments.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bearing products or solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in sectors like manufacturing, automotive.
Participate in industry trade shows, expos, and networking events to generate leads and brand visibility.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos in coordination with the technical team.
Regularly report on sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitor insights to management.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the
bearings or industrial components
industry.
Sound knowledge of bearings, their applications, and related technical specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a target-oriented mindset.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Existing client network in the bearings or industrial equipment domain.
Experience dealing with B2B sales.
Knowledge of international trade practices and export sales.
