Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach into the international IT services market.

Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads for IT services including Python, React, NodeJS, and Angular development (both front-end and back-end) through various channels, including bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour. Leverage social media platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn to identify and secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with the development team to understand client requirements and draft compelling proposals. Negotiate contracts and pricing with international clients to secure profitable engagements. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Independently manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Should be able to manage sales process independently. Maintain consistent communication with management to align with business strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Business Development or a related field. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of IT services, specifically Python, React, NodeJS, and Angular development, is a strong plus. Experience generating leads through online bidding platforms and social media marketing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently under pressure. Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
