Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads for IT services through platforms like
LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Truelancer
, email campaigns, and referrals.
Actively bid on projects and manage profiles on
Upwork, Freelancer, Truelancer
, and similar portals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Understand client requirements related to web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, and custom software solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate project understanding and delivery commitments.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts to successfully close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue through CRM or internal reporting systems.
Stay updated with IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and client expectations.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Around 2
years of proven experience as a BDE in an IT/software company

Hands-on experience with
Upwork, Freelancer, Truelancer
, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar lead generation tools.
Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile applications, UI/UX, and custom software solutions.
Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.

Good time management and coordination abilities.
