dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE)
who can identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and target potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and networking.
Research industries, competitors, and trends to uncover new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present our digital marketing solutions.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored marketing strategies.
Close deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
3. Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, and Technical) to deliver high-quality service.
Encourage referrals and repeat business through exceptional client service.
4. Proposal, Pricing & Negotiation
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and quotations aligned with client needs.
Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
5. Market & Industry Intelligence
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Share insights with the marketing and management teams to refine strategies and offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
Business Development or Sales
, preferably in a
digital marketing or advertising agency
.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development, etc.).
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
.
