Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify and onboard new clients, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the payment gateway industry by offering innovative solutions to businesses across diverse sectors.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in the payment gateway or fintech industry). Candidates having experience in IT, International BPO, Customer Service, BPO Sales, Payment Gateways can also apply Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical concepts related to payment gateways and explain them to clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.

Client Acquisition:

Present and promote our payment gateway solutions to prospective clients, addressing their needs with tailored proposals.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (tech, finance, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.

Reporting:

Prepare regular sales and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
