We are looking for a
dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM)
who can drive sales, acquire new clients, and build a strong sales team to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for
Digital Marketing Services
(Website Development, SEO, SMO, SMM, Google Ads, etc.).
Conduct
field visits, client meetings, and presentations
to convert potential leads into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure
repeat business and customer satisfaction
.
Develop and implement
sales strategies and business plans
to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Generate leads through various channels including networking, references, field sales, and digital platforms.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Recruit, train, and manage a
sales team
to achieve overall business targets.
Prepare and present
sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
to management.
Stay updated with
latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities
.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration/Marketing/IT
or equivalent (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of proven experience
in Business Development / Sales in
Digital Marketing, IT, or Advertising industry
.
Strong understanding of
Digital Marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Web Development, Branding, etc.)
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to
generate own leads
and close deals independently.
Strong leadership qualities with experience in
building and managing a sales team
.
Willingness to travel for
field meetings and client acquisition
.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
