Key Responsibilities:
? Identify potential temples and religious destinations suitable for Durlabh Darshan Kendra partnerships. ? Liaise with temple trusts, priests, local authorities, and relevant government departments to present our services. ? Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to each temple's spiritual, cultural, and operational needs. ? Negotiate and close partnership agreements in line with organizational goals. ? Follow up regularly with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and operational setup. ? Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, documentation, and project handovers. ? Represent the organization during site visits, pitches, exhibitions, and spiritual events. ? Travel extensively across regions (minimum 20 - 25 days/month) to meet targets and build relationships.
Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, government liaison, or institutional partnerships. ? Prior experience working with religious institutions, government departments, or temple administrations is highly preferred. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Hindi and English. ? Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive outcomes. ? Willingness to travel extensively across India. ? Strong understanding of Indian temple ecosystems, faith tourism, or spiritual tech initiatives is a plus.
