Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others.
Write customized proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements.
Actively bid and convert leads into successful business deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, marketing) to prepare pitch decks, pricing, and project scope.
Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication to close deals.
Understand client requirements, provide solutions, and negotiate pricing and timelines.
Maintain a database of proposals, bids, and leads, with regular reporting to management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or business development, especially in online bidding.
Proven track record of acquiring projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Familiarity with IT services including web development, app development, digital marketing, and software solutions.
