Hiring: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive


Location: Nagpur
Work Type: Field Work (On-site)
Employment: Full-Time
Experience: 0-3 Years (Solar industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, networking and market research Meet clients, present company products/services and convert leads into sales Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical team for proposals Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily/weekly sales reports Promote solar EPC solutions and products within the assigned territory Support marketing team during exhibitions, presentations and events
Skills & Requirements

Any Graduate (Engineering or Solar background is an advantage) Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Must be comfortable with field sales and frequent travel within city Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
