Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and close
new clients
for:
Digital Marketing services (social media, performance marketing, branding, etc.)
Recruitment services (hiring solutions for startups & SMEs)
Generate leads via:
LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and networking
Pitch services, understand client requirements, and propose suitable solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and share regular progress reports
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
Experience in
digital marketing agencies, recruitment firms, or service-based companies
preferred
Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
Ability to handle
multiple service offerings
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined (especially for remote work)
Compensation
Fixed Salary:
?25,000 per month
Incentives:
30% of salary
( performance based)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹390,000.00 per year
