Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales growth targets. The candidate should be passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and have a proactive approach to achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through networking, social media, cold calling, and field visits.

Client Acquisition: Approach prospective clients, present products/services, and convert inquiries into confirmed business.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build long-term professional relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (sales support, accounts, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.

Sales Reporting: Maintain updated sales records, pipeline reports, and progress dashboards.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

After-Sales Support: Handle client feedback, service follow-up, and maintain retention and renewal rates.

Marketing Support: Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns to represent the company brand.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in manufacturing / industrial / B2B).

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).

Strong persuasion, presentation, and deal-closing skills.

Strategic thinking and market analysis abilities.

Positive attitude with a growth mindset.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Resilience under pressure and goal-driven approach.
